On a recent judging assignment in Belgium, I had a wonderful start to the day when a 20-month-old black Cocker male entered the ring. He exemplified correct breed type, both standing and in his bustling movement. He later won Best of Breed from me and won the gundog group under an Irish judge, and later I had the greatest pleasure in awarding him Best in Show over all breeds. See his photo below.
